The Colonial Secretary, Hong Kong, presents his compliments to the Under Secretary of State for
the Colonies, London, and with reference to the Governor's despatch No.405 of the 18th July, 1933, is directed to forward six copies in foolscap size and thirty bound copies in octavo form of the Annual
Report on the Social and Economic Progress of the People of the Colony of Hong Kong during the year 1933.

are being forwarded to the Stationery Office, the cost of which is $62.50.
3. The formal despatch from the Governor to the
